Vistronix Acquires Technology Associates International

Vistronix, a national security company, announced it has completed the acquisition of Technology Associates International Corp. in Stafford, Va.
In a release dated Jan. 7, the Company said that financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
"Our vision is to provide national security systems, solutions and services that protect our country's safety, security and economic well-being," said Deepak Hathiramani, chairman and CEO for Vistronix, Technology Associates . "Both companies are dedicated to ingenuity, innovation and integrity, and by leveraging our past successes, Vistronix will have a greater capability to provide security solutions across multiple domains in the federal government."
SunTrust Bank's Technology and Government Division and Enlightenment Capital, an aerospace, defense and government focused investment firm, provided financing for the acquisition.
