BRIEF: Hewlett-Packard to hold job fair Friday, Saturday in Downtown El Paso [El Paso Times, Texas]
(El Paso Times (TX) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Jan. 10--Technology giant Hewlett-Packard will host a job fair Friday and Saturday to fill 50 high-tech jobs at its West Side software applications and development center.
The company is looking for software developers, testers, project managers, and data analysts, according to Workforce Solutions Upper Rio Grande, this area's public employment agency.
The jobs typically require a bachelor's degree or a technical degree in a related field, and at least two to five years experience in software-related jobs.
The job fair will be held 9 a.m.-3 p.m., Friday, and 9 a.m.-noon Saturday, at Workforce Solutions' Downtown employment office at 300 E. Main. More information: hp.com/go/jobs
