BRIEF: Four sentenced in Circuit Court Friday

Four people were sentenced by Judge Robert A. Burnside in Raleigh County Circuit Court Friday morning.
Joseph Carl Buzzard, 31, of Naoma, was sentenced to one to 10 years for felony embezzlement and falsifying accounts.
Stephanie Thomas, 40, of Rock Creek, was sentenced to one to three years for attempting to commit a felony.
Her sentenced was suspended while she serves two years probation.
Herbert Howerton Jr., 29, was sentenced to two years for fraud with an access device and one to 10 years for transferring and receiving stolen property, to be served consecutively.
Howerton's sentence is being suspended while he serves five years probation.
Basil Young Allen II, 27, of Glen Daniel, was sentenced to one to 10 years for entering without breaking and one to 15 years for delivery of oxycodone, to be served concurrently.
