BRIEF: Police investigating robbery

Police are investigating an armed robbery that happened on Dec. 9.
At about 10 a.m., a man wielding a gun went into the Market 54, at 353 NE 54th St., and yelled at the store clerk to give him cash from the register, according to a release by Miami Police.
Fearing for her life, the clerk gave the robber the money. The robber then fled north on Northeast Third Court.
Police described the suspect as a full-bearded black man, about 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighing about 200 pounds. He was last seen wearing a light gray hooded sweater, blue jeans and a baseball cap with a white logo and red flames on the visor.
