BRIEF: Macy's begins hiring
VICTORVILLE, Jan 12, 2013 (Daily Press - McClatchy-Tribune Information Services via COMTEX) --
Starting Monday, Macy's is hiring for all sales and support positions at the new Victor Valley store set to open in March, the company announced.
The retailer is looking to hire more than 150 associates for its 103,000 square foot store under construction now at the Mall of Victor Valley.
The employment center will be open beginning Monday for scheduled interviews and training.
One employment kiosk will be available, therefore application submissions are preferred online at http://www.macysjobs.com/. All qualified candidates will be sent an invitation via e-mail for an interview.
The address and hours of operation are as follows: Macy's Victor Valley Mall Employment Center, 14580 Bear Valley Road, Victorville, CA 92392.
The center will be open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday.
The store is scheduled to open on March 20, 2013 with a ribbon cutting and grand opening. A Charity Preview Shopping Day on March 16.
