Turnbull criticises NBN Co's spin

Mike Quigley, CEO of NBN Co, has expressed his satisfaction with the pace of progress of the rollout of the national broadband network. A target for the network's fibre deployment has been exceeded. Coalition communications spokesman Malcolm Turnbull said the way NBN Co measures progress is "meaningless".
