BRIEF: Phillips Office Solutions sells office supply division [York Daily Record, Pa.]

(York Daily Record (PA) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Jan. 13--YORK, Pa. -- Middletown-based Phillips Office Solutions has struck a deal to sell its office supply division to Guernsey Office Products in Virginia.

Phillips will continue to serve its document management and workplace interiors customers from its locations in Middletown, Greencastle, Hunt Valley, Wyomissing and York and Lancaster counties.

Phillips Office Solutions, formerly The Phillips Group, is an independent office products company.
