The ABD Team Announces Acquisition of Insurance Associates of Northern California

SAN MATEO, Calif. --(Business Wire)--

ABD Insurance and Financial Services, a retail property, casualty insurance brokerage, employee benefits consultant, and 401k Retirement consultant, announced today it has completed an agreement acquiring the assets of Insurance Associates.

Established in 1904 and incorporated in 1961, Insurance Associates specializes in the design and oversight of risk management and insurance programs for a diverse group of commercial and personal clients. The privately held company is located in Walnut Creek, Calif.
