PTCL inaugurates OSS in Peshawar [Pakistan Press International]
(Pakistan Press International Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Pakistan Telecommunications Company Limited PTCL inaugurated a revamped and redesigned One Stop Shop OSS in Peshawar, aimed at providing one window operations to customers.
Kamran Malik, PTCL Executive Vice President EVP, Customer Care said on the occasion, "At PTCL, we are continuously working towards building a unique customer experience, an experience that customers feel proud to share with each other. The strategically placed 191 OneStop Shops OSS of PTCL are the public face of the company, which facilitate the customers by offering them quality products and services in bills collection, fault rectification, new service requests, duplicate bills, billing instalments all under one roof.
