US-China Attorney Randi Miller Joins Foley & Mansfield

Foley & Mansfield, a national law firm headquartered in Minneapolis, Minnesota, is pleased to announce that Randi Miller has joined the firm as Of Counsel. As a member of the firm's International Business Law Practice Group, Miller will assist colleagues and clients with China-related intellectual property law issues, as well as corporate law and cross-border transactions. Although based in the Firm's Minneapolis headquarters, Miller spends the majority of her time living and working in Beijing, China.

Miller has substantial background in intellectual property law, practicing extensively in New York City and serving as Senior Counsel at one of the oldest intellectual property firms in the nation. She has deep connections in China, holding leadership positions in a number of interational business consulting and service enterprises, including U.S.-Pacific Rim International, Inc., U.S.-China Business Connections (USBC), and VentureEsq, LLC.
