As Chief Financial Officer of M86 Security, Rod held management responsibility for all company finance functions including overseeing monthly reporting, Forecasting and budget, investor relations, tax and risk management.
He previously served as CFO at a number of high-growth companies, including WorkAlert, National Tour and HemoTherapies. Rod started his career at Ernst & Young, where he served as an auditor and information systems specialist staff accountant and was a member of the Entrepreneurial Services Group.
