Google Assigned Patent for Method and System for Reconstruction of Object Model Data in a Relational Database

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Jan. 17 -- Google, Mountain View, Calif., has been assigned a patent (8,356,029) developed by Judy I. Djugash, New Brighton, Minn., Travis M. Drucker, Rochester, Minn., and Hoa T. Tran, Rochester, Minn., for a "method and system for reconstruction of object model data in a relational database."
The abstract of the patent published by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office states: "Methods, systems and articles of manufacture are provided to facilitate efficient searching and reconstruction of entity relationship data in a relational database. The entity relationship data in the relational database is migrated from an object oriented program environment."
