BRIEF: Macomb County exec Mark Hackel, new fiancee arrive at auto show Charity Preview

Macomb County Executive Mark Hackel walked into Cobo Hall tonight and immediately was greeted by well-wishers who offered words of congratulations.
On his arm was longtime girlfriend, now fiancee, Tracie Damschroder. The couple was engaged on Christmas Day.
Damschroder of Shelby Township, is a prototype buyer for an auto supplier. And as much as she enjoys the Charity Preview for the socializing, she uses the event to scout trends.
And while it's special to come to your third Detroit Auto Show gala with an engagement ring on her finger, past highlights have included a few brushes with celebrity.
"I got a picture with Erik Estrada once," said Damschroder, about the late'70s heartthrob who starred in the old TV show "CHiPs." "And I talked to Tony Danza, too."
