BRIEF: Middle school basketball: Bottenfield 8th graders 84, Bragg 77

Bragg Middle's 10-game winning streak came to an end tonight at the hands of undefeated Bottenfield, as the Rockets fell 84-77 in eighth-grade boys basketball play.
Demetrius King led Bragg with 21 points, and Josh Hubbard who chipped in 17. Jake Stewart added 12 points including three 3-pointers.
The Rockets are now 16-3 on the year and will return to action Tuesday at Erwin.
