Partnership sharing ICT [Northern Echo (England)]
(Northern Echo (England) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) TWO Darlington primary schools and a software company are launching an awards scheme to highlight good ICT practice in schools.
Firthmoor Primary School andWest Park Academy have joined forces with Kudlian, an education software publisher, to host the ICT Showcase Awards at Darlington College, in July.
The awards will highlight different ways that ICT (information, communications and technology) can be used in the classroom and to encourage schools to share ideas.
Carole Banner, of Firthmoor, said: "It will be an amazing opportunity for children to present their work and share good practice with each other."
