BRIEF: Bloomington Flex announce schedule; season starts Mar. 15
BLOOMINGTON, Jan 22, 2013 (The Pantagraph - McClatchy-Tribune Information Services via COMTEX) --
The Bloomington Flex professional basketball team announced its 16-game schedule on Monday.
They open in a new league -- the IBA-PBL -- at Sterling against the Sauk Valley Predators on March 15. The tip-off time has yet to be announced.
The Flex play 10 games at U.S. Cellular Coliseum beginning on March 29 against Sauk Valley. All home games begin at 7:05 p.m.
The regular season ends June 1 at home against the Indianapolis Diesels. The Flex face three other teams: the Gary (Ind.) Splash, the Lake Michigan (St. Joseph, Mich.) Admirals and the Kankakee Soldiers.
