NeoPhotonics to Acquire Semiconductor Optical Business Unit of LAPIS Semiconductor

LAPIS Semiconductor is a wholly-owned subsidiary of ROHM Co. Ltd. OCU is to be acquired by NeoPhotonics Semiconductor GK, a Japanese subsidiary of NeoPhotonics.
