Tower Group appoints managing vice president of investor relations

Tower Group, Inc., a provider of property and casualty insurance products and services, has appointed Bernard Kilkelly as managing vice president of investor relations.
Mr Kilkelly joins Tower after serving since 2001 as vice president, investor relations for Delphi Financial Group, Inc., a specialty insurance holding company which was acquired by Tokio Marine Group in 2012. He will report to Bill Hitselberger, executive vice president and CFO of Tower.
Mr Kilkelly has over 25 years of experience in investor relations and corporate communications. In addition to his role at Delphi Financial, he previously served as vice president of investor relations and corporate communications for Enhance Financial Services Group Inc., and held senior positions at several investor relations and public relations agencies in New York. Mr Kilkelly is a director and past president of the New York chapter of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI-NY).
