Augme Technologies names Robbee Minicola to board

Augme Technologies Inc (OTCQB:AUGT), a provider of technology and services in interactive media and mobile marketing and mobile advertising, announced on Wednesday that Robbee Minicola has been named to its board of directors in the capacity of an independent director.
Minicola, who has over 25 years of experience in the advertising and media industry, currently holds a senior media industry role at Microsoft working closely with US and international media enterprises. Prior to that she was the CEO of Hybrid Television Services Pty Limited, the exclusive licensee of TiVo in Australia and New Zealand. Before that she served as a senior executive in the Seven Media Group, Australia. Earlier she led the marketing and sales activities of mNet Group.
