BRIEF: Health sciences event woos sixth-, seventh-gradersJan 24, 2013 (El Paso Times - McClatchy-Tribune Information Services via COMTEX) -- The Greater El Paso Chamber of Commerce will host the second annual Adventure for Your Future, for sixth- and seventh-grade students and their parents Saturday. The free event is designed to increase exposure and build excitement about the health sciences while providing information on how to prepare for college. It's scheduled from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in the Academic Education Center, 4800 Alberta.
