dynaCERT Provides Operational Update and Executes Definitive Sales and Marketing Agency Agreement

TORONTO, Jan. 25, 2013 /CNW/ - dynaCERT Inc. (TSX-V: DYA), formerly
Dynamic Fuel Systems Inc., today announced that it has executed a
definitive Sales and Marketing Agency Agreement with East West Fuel
Strategies Inc. (EWFS). Under the agreement, EWFS will represent
dynaCERT and its products, including its flagship HydraGen™ unit, in
Ontario, Canada and Southeast Asia.
"Our partnership with EWFS supports our new sales and marketing strategy
that focuses on opening new channels to market our HydraGen™
technology," said Grove Bennett, President of dynaCERT. "Southeast
Asia, with its rapidly growing industries and fuel demand, will be a
key market for our fuel efficiency and emissions reduction
technologies."
As part of the agreement, dynaCERT has already received and delivered an
order of 10 HydraGen™ units to EWFS' Indian operations. The units are
expected to be installed in the next 30 days and the Company
anticipates further orders to follow. dynaCERT continues to focus on
securing more strategic partnerships to support the expansion of its
sales channels in North America.
dynaCERT has moved its U.S. customer support and installation operations
to its headquarters in Toronto, Ontario. Going forward, dynaCERT
product installations will be done onsite at customer locations by
dynaCERT and its affiliates. The operational consolidation should
increase dynaCERT's quality control and continuous product improvement
processes.
dynaCERT is continuing to develop its corporate communications program
to reflect the Company's new business strategy and expanded product
offering. Management is on track to unveil its new branding and
corporate presentation in the coming weeks.
