Software engineer ends life [Pune] [Times of India]
(Times of India Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) PUNE: A 34-year-old software engineer, Amit Murli Manohar Sharma, allegedly committed suicide by slashing his wrist at his flat at Kharadi in the early hours of Friday.
A note found in the flat stated that he was ending his life as his company was sending him to Italy on official work and he did not want to go, senior inspector Deepak Sawant of the Yerawada police station said. Sharma was alone at home as his wife and daughter had gone to Rajasthan.
Sharma's brother had repeatedly tried to call him, but in vain. He later went to the flat and opened it with a duplicate key.
