BRIEF: WHS Athletic Hall of Fame nominations being accepted

The Williamson High School Hall of Fame Committee is now accepting nominations for the 2013 induction class.
The committee will make its selections from candidate nominations that must be on a form that is provided. A separate form must be used for each nomination, according to WHS HOF chairman Cecil Hatfield.
The nominations for inductions should be in by Friday, February 15, 2013. Eligibility of athletes must be a WHS graduate. Convicted felons will not be eligible for induction.
Supporters and administrators, past and present, who have made a significant contribution to WHS athletics will be eligible for induction.
Nomination forms can be picked up from Hatfield and one will be published in the Williamson Daily News on Tuesday.
The from will ask for the nominees name, sports played, year of graduation, accomplishments, other comments and the person making the nomination. An address and phone number should also be included from those sponsoring or nominating an athlete.
