EnvisionRxOptions Welcomes Len Ploskonka and Midwest Technology, LLC

EnvisionRxOptions is pleased to announce that Len Ploskonka will be joining Envision on February 4, 2013 as President of Midwest Technology, LLC, a newly formed subsidiary of Envision Pharmaceutical Holdings, Inc.

Len will have overall leadership responsibility for Envision's claims adjudication technologies in order to support Envision's continued growth in both the Medicare Part D business and the Commercial PBM business. Len will be based out of Envision's Twinsburg, Ohio office, and he will report to Jim Mindala, Chairman.

Len comes to Envision from Summit Data Services, where he was Chief Information Officer. Len has over 35 years of information technology experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries, including previous senior positions at MemberHealth LLC, Intellect (News - Alert) Inc., Catalyst Health Solutions, Inc., InfoAccess.net, North American Benefits Network, SYSTEMED (aka Insurx, Merck/Medco) and General Computer Corpoation (aka WebMD). In addition, Len is a past member of Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS), College of Healthcare Management Executive (CHIME) and a national Hewlett Packard special interest group on High Availability computing. Len has been an invited guest speaker on the topic of information systems in healthcare to the graduate school at Case Western Reserve University and Cognos (News - Alert) National User Group Conference.
