Abbott Nutrition Executive John Ginascol Appointed to Board of Directors at Lake Forest Graduate School of Management
LAKE FOREST, Ill. --(Business Wire)--
Lake Forest Graduate School of Management (LFGSM) is pleased to
announce the election of healthcare executive John Ginascol to its Board
of Directors. Ginascol is Vice President, Nutrition Supply Chain, Abbott.

Ginascol has more than 32 years' experience in the healthcare
industry covering all aspects of operations, quality, and supply chain.
His breadth of experience covers pharmaceuticals, hospital products,
medical devices, and nutritional products.
Ginascol is responsible for all elements of global supply for
Abott's rapidly growing multi-billion-dollar Nutrition business,
including Procurement, Manufacturing, Distribution, Quality, and all
related support functions. These large-scale operations are based in
North America, Europe, Southeast Asia, India, and China and serve
customers around the world.

Ginascol was elected an officer of Abbott in 2008. He represents
Abbott on several external committees, primarily focused on global
agriculture, food safety and security, and harmonization and
standardization of global food regulations.
Ginascol earned a BS in Chemistry (with honors) from the
University of Texas, and an MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School of
Management. He is active in numerous philanthropic organizations in and
around the city of Chicago, including the Countryside Association for
People with Disabilities, where he was formerly Board President.
John Ginascol was elected to the Board of Directors at Lake Forest
Graduate School of Management in December 2012, and will serve on the
School's Educational Programs and Solutions (academics) Committee.
