Review: Television: Picks of the Day: Wednesday 6: FILM: Disclosure ITV, 2.45am (Barry Levinson, 1994)
(Observer (UK) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Based on Michael Crichton's bestseller, this slick business thriller stars Michael Douglas as an ageing whizz kid fighting to retain control of an electronics firm he's created, then facing charges of sexual harassment from his new boss (Demi Moore) when he rejects her advances. Levinson keeps you watching, there's some crackling dialogue and strong support (notably from Roma Maffia and Dylan Baker). But the ethical issues are fudged and take second place
to the film's fascination with the laws of the corporate jungle.
