Mkt Watch: OTC concept shares likely upbeat on launch of provisional regulation
BEIJING, Feb 03, 2013 (Xinhua via COMTEX) --
China Securities Regulatory Commission
(CSRC) released the provisional regulation of China's national share t
ransfer board for small and medium-sized enterprises on Monday, which
is effective from February 4 this year, China Securities Journal repor
ted on Monday.
According to the newly released provisional regulation, companies
listed on the national share transfer system could transfer their sha
res through market maker, relevant agreements and competitive bidding
to the main board on Shanghai and Shenzhen bourses.
The adoption of the new rules is good for healthy development of
the OTC market in the long run and OTC market-concept A shares are lik
