Eltek ASA has recruited Björn Wigström as new CFO

(Drammen, 6 February, 2013) Eltek ASA has recruited Björn Wigström (46) as Chief
Financial Officer in Eltek ASA with effect from 1 July 2013. Wigström comes from
the position as CFO in Kitron ASA and has long experience also from Aibel ASA
and several companies in the ABB sphere.
Wigström replaces Pål Skistad, who leaves Eltek by the end of February after 12
years with the company. Finance and Commercial Director Mark Baker will act as
CFO until Wigström has settled in.
Born in Sweden, Björn Wigström holds an MBA through Stockholm School of
Economics. His working career has been spent with manufacturing, technology-
focused, and project oriented businesses. He has acquired an extensive
experience with all aspects of financial management, including business
controlling, system and process improvement, M&A, and international business.
Wigström started his career internationally, working in finance and business
development in various ABB companies in Asia in 1992-2000. In 2000, Wigström
became CFO of the Aibel Group, formerly Vetco Aibel and ABB Offshore Systems.
Since 2008, he has held the position as CFO of Kitron ASA, a Norwegian based
electronic manufacturing service company listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange.
