Celanese Corporation to pay dividend to holders of record as of 19 February 2013

Specialist materials company Celanese Corporation (NYSE:CE) Thursday declared its quarterly dividend of USD0.075 per share on its Series A common stock.
The dividend will be paid on 28 February 2013 to stockholders of record as of 19 February 2013.
The dividend is payable for the period beginning 1 November 2012 and ending on and including 31 January 2013
