My Kitchen Rules first out of the oven

Australian media buyers warn against giving excessive credence to the official TV ratings season, which started on 10 February 2013. Henry Tajer, the chairman of Mediabrands, notes that the networks take each week of programming seriously. Seven Network's "My Kitchen Rules" is triumphing against rival programs "Masterchef: The Professionals" on Ten and "The Block: All Stars" on Nine. There has been a 6.5 per cent rise in Nine's ratings so far in 2013 relative to the first six weeks of 2012, against an 18.3 per cent fall for Ten.
