Debbie Pennington of Sibcy Cline Realtors Named Realtor of the Year for 2012 by the Hamilton-Fairfield-Oxford Board of Realtors

Debbie Pennington, a Realtor with the Fairfield office of Sibcy Cline Realtors, has been named "Realtor of the Year" for 2012 by the Hamilton-Fairfield-Oxford Board of Realtors(R) (HFOBR). This honor recognizes Pennington's volunteer efforts for the board as well as in the community.
Pennington has a been a Realtor since 1977. She is a graduate of Miami University and is a lifetime resident of the Fairfield-Hamilton area.
She has served the HFOBR in numerous capacities including Treasurer, Director and President. She has also participated on various committees for the board throughout the years. Pennington has been earned many sales awards locally and statewide throughout her real estate career. She has earned two real estate professional designations: CRS (Certified Residential Specialist - the highest professional designation awarded after demonstrating specific expertise in applied residential real estate marketing); and SRS (Sibcy Cline Relocation Specialist given to professionals who have mastered the complex procedures of the relocation real estate business.)
Pennington is a very active in the City of Fairfield, Ohio. She is a member of this city's Zoning and Appeals Committee, President of Fairfield's Historical Society, Past President of Fairfield Women, and is currently serving as a Fairfield council member for the third ward. She has also served in the past on the Charter Review Commission for Fairfield.
