BRIEF: Jason Aldean coming to Grand Forks' Alerus Center
Feb 17, 2013 (Grand Forks Herald - McClatchy-Tribune Information Services via COMTEX) --
After George Strait, it's another country concert for Grand Forks' Alerus Center in the form of Jason Aldean, American Country Awards' Touring Artist of the Year in 2012.
According to his website, he'll be stopping his "Night Train" tour in town March 23. So far, two other cities in the Upper Midwest are part of his tour: Madison, Wis., on March 21 and Duluth on March 22.
The Alerus Center said Aldean's concert will also feature Jake Owen and Thomas Rhett.
With 7 million records sold, 10 No. 1 hits and that 2012 award, he appears to be a regular crowd-pleaser.
The Macon, Ga., native's latest album is "Night Train," released in October.
Tickets for the Grand Forks concert are scheduled to go on sale 10 a.m. Friday at LiveNation.com and Ticketmaster.com, the Alerus Center box office and charge by phone at (800) 745-3000.
