Their basic unlimited US and Canada calling plan costs $8.25/month, but for subscribers that want to pay as they go, AxVoice also offers a $4.99/month plan that also carries a $0.015/minute charge.

Phone Power is currently running a special for $119.76 for a 1 year plan that comes with a second year for free. That averages out to $4.99/month. The package includes a lease on an ATA or an ATA and router that both support 2 lines.
VoIP.com
VoIP.com's proprietary adapter comes at no extra charge with any of their plans. Their cheapest plan is a pre-paid, 1 year plan that costs $149.95 ($12.50/month), but subscribers can also sign up for a 2 year contract for $14.95/month.
