Aspen Dental Management announces management changes

Aspen Dental Management Inc., or ADMI, a dental services organization, has appointed Thomas McNerney as vice president of human resources for field operations, and has promoted Scott Dickinson to vice president of clinical services.
"As our organization continues to grow - 55 new Aspen Dental offices are planned for this year alone - so does our need for providing superior business support to dentists and their teams, which is why we've been so focused on building our leadership team over the past year," said Robert Fontana, president and CEO of ADMI.
"Tom, Scott and the extended leadership team bring years of experience and deep expertise to ADMI, which strengthens our ability to support the dentists who hire us to help them develop successful practices."
A seasoned human resource executive with 13 years of experience encompassing all HR disciplines, McNerney will reportedly support the needs of the Aspen Dental network of dentist-owned and operated locations and focus on recruitment strategies to support the organization's continued growth. Most recently, he served as executive director of stores, human resources at Lord & Taylor.
Dr Dickinson has been with ADMI since 2011, serving as a liaison to the more than 500 dentists and specialists who practice in Aspen Dental offices across the US His dental career includes serving as a general dental officer in the US Army and owning his own dental practice prior to joining Aspen.
