Hay Group Names Brandon Cherry to Run San Francisco Office

SAN FRANCISCO --(Business Wire)--

Hay Group, the global management consulting firm, announced today that Brandon Cherry will be taking over as the Market Leader for its San Francisco office. The announcement was made by Kevin Seaweard, Vice President and Managing Director for all of Hay Group's consulting services in the Western United States.

In this role, Brandon will lead Hay Group's West Coast market facing operations and continue to manage its executive compensation business in the West, a post he has held since 2011. In addition, he will take on the role of developing Hay Group's service to a broad array of Western-based clients across the West market, with specific focus on public and pre-IPO technology, consumer goods and biotech. He will take on people management accountabilities for all San Francisco consulting resources.

Brandon is replacing Michael Jensen in the role of Market Leader. Michael will continue with Hay Group as a member of the National Business Solutions team, where he will continue to serve large, publicly-traded companies on their most pressing people-related trategic issues.

Before joining Hay Group in 2011, Brandon was a founding Principal with Presidio Pay Advisors, where he assisted clients in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors across various industries with the design and implementation of all components of compensation including base salary, cash incentives, and equity-based incentives.

Prior to Presidio Pay, Brandon worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers (News - Alert) LLP in Global Human Resources Solutions, designing and implementing equity and compensation solutions for large multi-national organizations. Brandon received his B.A. in economics from Stanford University, presents on various topics for the Northern California Human Resources Association, and is a contributor to WorkSpan magazine.
