iMedicor acquires ClariDIS

iMedicor, Inc., a provider of healthcare communications solutions, has acquired ClariDIS Corporation, a provider of DIS (Diagnostic Information System) standard format platform for reporting all cumulative diagnostic test results. Both the companies are based in the US.
In addition, iMedicor has also acquired HITS Consulting Group LLC (HITS), a provider of Electronic Health Records (EHR) IT consulting services to healthcare facilities.
