BRIEF: Poet Crystal Good presents multimedia event [Charleston Daily Mail, W.Va.]

(Charleston Daily Mail (WV) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Feb. 21--Poet Crystal Good will present a multimedia poetry event as part of Black History Month at 6 p.m. Friday at the state Culture Center.

Good is a former model and West Virginia native who has been described as an "Affrilachian" poet because of her Appalachian and African descent. She is the current director for Mythology LLC, a Charleston marketing firm. Another Affrilachian poet, Norman Jordan, will join Good.
