Lithium Technologies Names Chief Customer Officer, Continuing Relentless Dedication to Customer Success
EMERYVILLE, Calif. --(Business Wire)--
Lithium
Technologies, the leader in Social Customer Experience, today
announced it has promoted Misha Logvinov to the newly created role of
Senior Vice President and Chief Customer Officer (CCO). This promotion
builds on Lithium's relentless focus on the long-term success of its
global customers.
In his role as Chief Customer Officer, Logvinov is responsible for
helping orchestrate Lithium's entire customer value chain. He will
partner closely with the worldwide sales and services organization while
harnessing the passion for customers across the entire company to
further infuse Lithium's core value of "taking customer success
personally."
Logvinov - who previously served as Lithium's CIO - also continues to
lead the company's Support and Business Systems, IT and Customer
Operations groups as they continue to automate customer success.
