HeartWare Sets Date to Hold Q4 Financial Results Conference Call

HeartWare International, Inc. announced that it has scheduled a conference call to discuss its financial results for the three months ended December 31, 2012, at 8:30 a.m. U.S. Eastern Standard Time on Wednesday, February 27.
The Company reported plans to release the financial results prior to the conference call.
The conference call with management will discuss the Company's financial results, highlights from the fourth quarter and business outlook. The call may be accessed by dialing 1-888-846-5003 five minutes prior to the scheduled start time and referencing "HeartWare." For callers outside the U.S., please dial +1-480-629-9856.
A live webcast of the call will also be available at the Company's website (heartware.com) by selecting "HeartWare Fourth Quarter 2012 Conference Call" under the section titled "Corporate Presentations" on the Home Page.
