Compass Diversified Holdings Schedules 4Q 2012 Earnings Conference Call

Compass Diversified Holdings, an owner of middle market businesses, announced that it plans to release financial results for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2012, on Wednesday, March 6, after the close of market trading.
The Company has scheduled a conference call to discuss the results on Thursday, March 7, at 9 a.m. ET.
The conference call will feature remarks by Alan Offenberg, Chief Executive Officer, James J. Bottiglieri, Chief Financial Officer, and Elias J.
