Roswell, GA Gains a New Urgent Care: SmartCare Urgent Care is Now Open

The city of Roswell and its surrounding neighborhoods have gained a new urgent care center today with the opening of the clinic's second location. SmartCare Urgent Care is located at 540 East Crossville Road, on the corner of Mansell Road and East Crossville Road in front of the Kroger Shopping Center. "We are excited to be a part of the Roswell Community and look forward to serving their healthcare needs," says Dr. Zobair Nagamia, Chief of Operations. The clinic was started to address the need for high quality healthcare that is accessible when you need to see an experienced, caring doctor at your convenience.

SmartCare Urgent Care is the health care alternative for illness, injury and wellness care when a trip to a doctor's office is inconvenient or the ER is unwarranted. SmartCare's unique practice is designed to provide urgent care treatment for both adults and childrn in addition to wellness services, women's health and occupational medicine.

SmartCare Urgent Care is physician-owned and operated and always has a licensed physician on staff. The facility is equipped to serve both adult and pediatric patients over the age of two. SmartCare has physicians that have been trained in ER, Internal Medicine Family Medicine as well as Pediatric and Geriatric specialists on staff.

SmartCare's clinic is a state-of-the-art facility with the latest in medical technology. The clinic features an on-site digital X-Ray and laboratory studies, both with same day results. The clinic has two procedure rooms and eleven exam rooms.

SmartCare Urgent Care offers lower co-pays than ER visits as well as shorter wait times. SmartCare accepts most major insurances including Medicare and also offers affordable self-pay rates for the uninsured.

The new center's spectrum of services includes treatment for most minor injuries and illnesses from broken bones and lacerations to diarrhea, upper respiratory tract infections. The clinic's Wellness Services include inexpensive flu vaccinations, B12 shots, physicals, and many immunizations.

SmartCare Urgent Care is open 7 days a week and no appointments are necessary. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday, 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
