Massive Dynamics enters into MOU with Latin American retailer

Massive Dynamics Inc (OTCQB: MSSD), an acquirer and seller of communications technology and products, announced on Thursday the execution of a Memorandum of Understanding with Campfire SA de CV, an online and catalogue retailer focused principally on the Latin America market.
Under the terms of the memorandum, Massive and Campfire will enter into a definitive distribution agreement for Massive's TeliPad smartphone device in Latin America.
Pending finalisation of the definitive agreement, Campfire will continue its evaluation and testing of the TeliPad. Massive and its strategic partner, CocoBlue, are reportedly already at work localising the Telipad software for Latin American consumers.
The TeliPad utilises exclusive 2-line technology to eliminate the need to carry a separate smartphone and tablet. The TeliPad is compatible with Apple's iOS devices, Google's Android tablets and phones and devices running Microsoft's Windows Phone operating system.
