ORANGE, Feb 22, 2013 (The Orange Leader - McClatchy-Tribune Information Services via COMTEX) -- A driver admits being on his cell phone and not paying attention leading to a collision 7:47 p.m., Wednesday at the 3900 block of Womack Road in Orange.

The driver, 56, entered the oncoming lane of traffic, colliding with a vehicle.

The driver then continued approximately 50 yards, damaging a safety guard rail, according to police reports, before stopping in the ditch.

The second driver, 18, was not injured. His vehicle received minor damages.
