BRIEF: Maine man charged with sexual assault
PORTSMOUTH, Feb 23, 2013 (Foster's Daily Democrat - McClatchy-Tribune Information Services via COMTEX) --
A Maine man was arrested on sexual assault charges pertaining to incidents alleged to have occurred in November 2012.
Paul Fierley, 50, of 66 Browns Corner Road, Canaan, Maine, was arrested by the Portsmouth Police Department Thursday and charged with two counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault.
He is being held on $25,000 cash bail at the Rockingham County Jail after being video arraigned in court Friday morning.
A probable cause hearing is scheduled for March 4 at Portsmouth Circuit Court.
