McLennan vows to boost Ten's game

Ten Network's new CEO, Hamish McLennan, says it is keen to secure cricket broadcasting rights as part of its strategy to broaden its age demographic. He adds that while Ten will continue to pursue younger viewers, it will also actively seek to attract older audiences. McLennan has spent more than a decade at News Corporation, and prior to that he was an executive at WPP Group. He will take up the Ten role on 18 March 2013.
