'Shocked' network admits soul-searching

Southern Cross Austereo CEO Rhys Holleran says the media group will review its policies and procedures in the wake of a controversial prank call by two of its radio presenters. The Australian Communications & Media Authority is also looking into the incident, which resulted in the suicide of a British nurse. Holleran has defended his company's handling of the incident, noting that nobody could have foreseen the outcome of the prank call.
