BRIEF: Mashpee man arraigned on tanning salon video charges
BARNSTABLE, Feb 25, 2013 (Cape Cod Times - McClatchy-Tribune Information Services via COMTEX) --
A Mashpee man pleaded not guilty in Barnstable District Court this morning to charges that he videotaped a woman at a Hyannis tanning salon.
Luis C. Macedo, 47, was charged over the weekend with two counts of secretly video recording a nude person after a customer at Sunsational Tanning in Hyannis claimed she saw him use a cell phone to record her.
Macedo was released on $1,000 cash bail and was ordered to have no contact with the alleged victim and to surrender his passport. He's due back in court on March 20 for a pretrial hearing.
