Early bid to divert kids from crime

The New South Wales Government will announce details of a new early intervention program for juvenile offenders on 27 February 2013. The program will provide intensive support from a number of agencies to children who have received three or more police cautions. Attorney-General and Justice Minister Greg Smith said the existing system served as a corrupting influence.
