(Mirror (UK) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) WHEN Marina O'Hanlon returned a Pounds 300 watch - an unwanted gift - to online store The Watch Shop, she wisely chose to use a special delivery "track and trace" service.
"After hearing nothing, I contacted them, only to be informed they had not received anything," said Marina, from West Derby, Liverpool.
"I contacted Royal Mail, who confirmed they had a signature from the recipient to prove they had got it.
"Since emailing this information to The Watch Shop, I have received no communication at all."
We asked The Watch Shop, based in Reading, Berkshire, for comment and miraculously, Marina got her refund.
"I assume they buckled when they saw your email," Marina said.
