An app way to promote town [Lincolnshire Echo (England)]
(Lincolnshire Echo (England) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Businesses are being invited to add their details to a mobile phone app that will provide people with more information about Sleaford. The Iphone and Android App initiated by the Sleaford BID has now been passed on to North Kesteven District Council for further development.
Areas covered by the app include; About Sleaford, shopping, food and leisure, travel and accommodation, services and news.
It will give visitors and residents the chance to find out more about the town in which they visit or live.
Businesses who have not already provided their details can do so by contacting the communications team at communications@n- kesteven.gov.uk or by calling 01529 308116.
Businesses who are signed up can also promote special offers they are running and direct people to their own website.
The Sleaford Town Guide app can be found in your App Store or Android Market.
